Over 64% of American voters oppose federal funding for abortion, child sex changes: Life Leadership Conference poll The overwhelming majority of Americans strongly oppose their tax dollars bankrolling organizations that target minors for irreversible, sterilizing sex-change treatments and abortions — especially without parental involvement or consent." A new poll has revealed that American voters strongly disapprove of taxpayer dollars being used to fund abortions and child sex changes. The Life Leadership Conference poll, obtained by Breitbart News, found that 64 percent of registered voters oppose "an organization that provides puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and other gender transition treatments for minors." This figure included 51 percent of voters who strongly opposed. When split by political party, 76 percent of Republicans and 71 percent of independents opposed taxpayer funding going to such organizations. Among Democrats, respondents were split 44 to 44 percent. Executive Director of the Life Leadership Conference David Bereit told Breitbart News, "The overwhelming majority of Americans strongly oppose their tax dollars bankrolling organizations that target minors for irreversible, sterilizing sex-change treatments and abortions — especially without parental involvement or consent." “Taxpayer funding should uplift American families, not Planned Parenthood — an organization actively undermining parents and harming children.
