Judge Orders Release Of ‘Maryland Man,’ But The Illegal Alien Could Be Deported Again A federal judge ordered the release of the suspected MS-13 lionized by Democrats as a “Maryland man,” but now the Trump administration has appealed the decision and hinted that he could be recaptured and deported again if he is freed. Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the illegal alien who was famously deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year, was brought back to the United States to stand trial in a human smuggling case in Tennessee after the Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return to America. U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes has ordered his release before his trial. “Overall, the Court cannot find from the evidence presented that Abrego’s release clearly and convincingly poses an irremediable danger to other persons or to the community,” Holmes wrote in her decision, which the Department of Justice swiftly appealed. A hearing on his release is scheduled for Wednesday. But even if he is released, the Department of Homeland Security says he will not go free. “Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a dangerous criminal illegal alien,” Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told The Daily Wire. “We have said it for months and it remains true to this day: he will never go free on American soil.” Abrego Garcia could be captured by Immigration and Customs
