World leaders brand Trump with cruel nickname behind his back, says lip reader Donald Trump at the NATO summit in the Netherlands Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during the NATO Summit in The Hague, Netherlands on June 25, 2025. The trio's conversation allegedly turned to Trump when Rutte inquired of Orban: "Did you get together at all?" Though the question was straightforward, Rutte seemed tense, his eyes slightly narrowed and leaning forward, indicating the serious undertone of this interaction. Orban replied sarcastically: "This is the Prime Minister of the USA. What a tosser. He wants to meet in France and speak there." To which Stoltenberg reacted with disbelief: "Are you mad?", ostensibly shocked and concerned by the suggestion. Orban answered vaguely, "It depends what he wants."
