FBI Investigating Hospitals for Illegal Sex-Change Surgeries on Children The FBI is now investigating three hospitals in Colorado, California, and Massachusetts for defying President Trump's executive orders on transgender surgeries for minors, as well as for ignoring 18 USC § 116, which outlaws female genital mutilation.
