Scott Allen Gardner, 33, was described as a “human piece of garbage” and a “lying sack of s***” by a County Sheriff during an emotional press conference on Monday (23 June). Gardner is accused of leaving his little boy, Sebastian, inside his locked truck for three hours as temperatures reached 92F (33C) in Ormond Beach, Florida on June 6. Officers revealed Gardner drove his truck to Classic Cuts at Ocean Shore Boulevard around 11:30am, leaving his son in the vehicle. He then crossed the street and entered Hanky Panky’s Lounge around 12pm where he ordered at least two rounds of beer and shots of Fireball.
