Couple ejected from hotel and banned from TUI flight after 'disruptive' behaviour Couple ejected from hotel and banned from TUI flight after 'disruptive' behaviour Paul Bell, 64, and wife Ellie, forked out several hundreds of pounds to get back to the UK after being turfed out of their hotel in Corfu and barred from their TUI flight home A British couple were ejected from their hotel and banned from a TUI flight back home after "disruptive" behaviour. Paul Bell, 64, and wife Ellie, 65, booked a week long half-board holiday Terezas Hotel in Sidari, Corfu but were abruptly removed after complaining to hotel staff. The North Shields couple were also banned from their TUI flight back to the UK and forked out several hundreds of pounds on new flights, accommodation and taxis. According to correspondence seen by ChronicleLive, TUI said the decision was based on repeated instances of unacceptable and disruptive behaviour during their stay. Paul disputes this and claimed TUI never asked him or his wife for their version of events. Early on in the holiday Ellie complained to the manager about the quality of food, which Paul described as "tepid" and "not very nice".
